Who We Are

M.F. Stocks (Private) Limited (the company) is a Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan as broker under Brokers & Agents Registration Rules, 2001. The company was established in May 2012 with a capital base of Rs. 17 million. Mr. Ghazanfar Parwez is the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The company has implemented one of the modern in house systems and has synchronized it successfully with the automated trading and settlement system of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. This provides customers with quick confirmation of their orders and access to various kinds of information and database.

Various professionals have been recruited to help customers in their decision making process and to successfully manage the intricacies involved in the automated systems.

Management Profile

Mr. Ghazanfar Parwez (Executive Director / CEO / Secretary) is an aspiring entrepreneur with a futuristic vision and approach. Since 2007, he has been looking after Equity Trade. In his current role, he has dual responsibilities of managing retail & institutional clients, as well as operational team. He has also been playing a revolutionary role in helping this company to achieve the highest standards in back office operations.

Mr. Awais Butt (Compliance Officer & Internal Auditor) is a commerce graduate and a student of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Prior to joining M.F. Stocks, he was associated with Shafiq& Co. Chartered Accountants. He has a vast exposure of conducting statutory audits, internal audits and system audits of the companies of financial sector i.e. brokerage houses and many other companies in manufacturing and services sector.He has very good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Laws, Secretarial Practices, KSE Regulations and Taxation matters of the companies.

Mr.Muhammad Arbab Arshad (Accounts Officer) is a commerce graduate. He has in-depth knowledge in financial reporting according to International Financial Reporting Standards along with Corporate Reporting requirements as applicable to the industry.
